Curry Udon

Last Saturday’s dinner. Instant Curry Udon, just cook in hot water! The packet comes with vacuum-packed Udon, the wet kind (vs. the dehydrated kind), and a soup base pack. It looked so sad though, so I threw in some carrot cubes, chives, and a few pieces of chicken popcorn. Happiness!
