Breakfast Pseudo-Bento

Lunch was free today, compliments of a work colleague, so I wasn’t planning to pack a bento. But the focaccia at Bizu looked so yummy, I couldn’t resist buying a “loaf.” It’s sort of not a bento, but it’s also sort of a bento. :P Either way, it was a happy happy breakfast that made me and my co-workers happy :D

Foccacia

Bento #48 • 11 August 2006

Tomato & Pesto Focaccia, Olive oil (in the Yasai bottle), Balsamic Vinegar (in the Strawberry soy container), and shredded parmesan cheese. To prepare, I sprinkled the parmesan on the bread, toasted it in the office oven toaster, then dipped it in a mix of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Focaccia-joy!
