Moo-moo Stoo!

Another Monday, another busy work week. I’m crossing my fingers that it’s not as busy as last week so I’ll have more time for bento fun. To start the week off, I’m going for yummy rather than pretty with a Korean Beef Stew Bento. Originally a part of Sunday lunch, I dressed it up by adding more spring onions since the ones which was added yesterday was all wilted by Monday morning.

Bento #56 • 28 August 2006

Clockwise from top left:

• Black box containing chicken pie (from Conti’s! Yum!), carrot sticks, and apple slices.
• Rice with spring onions.
• 1/3 a baguette with garlic in between slices.
• Korean Beef Stew (recipe here.)
• Oh yeah, that weird white thing at the top is a bottle of aloe vera juice, seen more clearly in the pics below.
