More japanese noodles

Bento under 20 minutes! I never truly appreciated how having prepared ingredients in advance can make bento packing a cinch. The enoke dake was pre-rolled, the carrot was already peeled (leftovers from yesterday’s bento preps), and the Zarusoba senka (did I get it correctly?) was bottled. Quickie bento, if there ever was one.

Zarusoba & Enoke Dake Bento

Recipe for homemade zarusoba senka is here.
