I’m bringing my bento back…

Yes, I’m still alive. :D Still no camera, hence the apparent inactivity, bentowise. I was able to pack one last week though, so all is well. I also have one today, but I’ve yet to nab the pics from my work colleague’s camera so posting that will have to wait.

Anyway, this bento is a cold one: chilled zarusoba plus a salad. I popped it in the fridge as soon as I got to work. Good thing I did, I have a feeling it wouldn’t have been as good eaten at room temperature.

Top Tier:
Kani Salad:
• Sliced cucumber, seeded
• Imitation crab legs
• Diced mango
• Hello Kitty cup with Kewpie Mayo
• All resting on a bed of shredded iceberg lettuce

Bottom Tier:
• Chilled soba
• Pink flower-shaped container of zarusoba tare / dipping sauce
• More fancy fishballs! Now they come in shapes of, uhm, some animal? With ears?
