Unfortunately, I have no idea. I&#039;ve never tried mango wine. Actually, I have no idea about wine pairings---I&#039;m quite unschooled in that department. The aligue pasta though, is a mix of salty-savory with a hint of citrusy sourness, depending on how much calamansi / lemon you add. I hope that helps ^_^</description>
