Salcedo Market 4th Anniversary
Just a quick reminder for Manila-based readers. The Salcedo Saturday market is celebrating its 4th anniversary tomorrow, June 21, 2008. As part of the festivities, a Kapampangan food fest will showcase the best that Pampanga has to offer with sumptuous regional delicacies. Imagine, all those yummy Kapampangan goodies (wonders if there will be fresh camachile fruits) on top of the regular Saturday market delights! Catch you guys there tomorrow!
Oh, but if you have never been to Salcedo, check this old post out to discover what you’re missing.

@JMom
Definitely! If ever you go back to visit, you and your girls should go. I bet they’ll love it too.

I’ll be writing you as soon as I finish replying to the comments. Thanks!
I fear spambots so I don’t list my email publicly, but the contact form works
I must say Salcedo Market offers one of the most expensive cuisines ever. A single meal is worth a grand jollibee chow. Not worth the money. But good if you’re in for the atmosphere and home cooking.
Oh, but not everything is expensive. I find some of the food there offer good value but I agree that some are overpriced. Or at least beyond what my budget allows. *laughs*
Still, what I like shopping for best are ingredients—like produce and stuff you can take home for later meals.
