I'm sure as long as you can find nice lighting and a good grasp of your point and shoot's workings, you can take awesome photos. Heck, one of my favorite photos *points to the leftmost banner photo above* was taken with a very basic Point and Shoot. :D It's not the camera, it's how you use it. *thumbs up* @Liz
