It feels like forever since my last bento post. Actually, it feels like forever since my last post. These apologetic “Oh, I’ve been away for so long!” posts seem to be getting more common, unfortunately. And while my excuses are always the same, fact is, it still applies as I’m still forever busy.
I still love this blog. I still love preparing bento—even if I can hardly find the time for it nowadays. I still love to write. In fact, I have another blog in the works, Kingdom Cow, though it gets updated even less. But if you have time, please drop by. Just to show you I have a life outside food.
Anyway, this is basically what this post is–a small note to reconnect with you guys. And to tell you that I miss this blog and I miss you, dear readers. I’ll be dropping in whenever I can.
Oh yeah. Above. A bento. Chicken popcorn, a small salad of diced tomatoes and feta cheese, and some green beans, sliced and sauteed in butter and soy sauce. And a pickled plum on my rice. Just because the rice looks so sad without anything on it. Much like me when I can’t find the time to blog.
