It’s so cool that you can get these from a food court! Here in Texas it’s really hard to find places that sell xiao long bao.

Our local food courts here in the Philippines don’t usually stock these too, that’s why I was overjoyed to stumble upon them in Hongkong. I guess it’s commonplace there, seeing how they’re a part of China. It would be wonderful if we could get these anytime for instant cravings, yes?
How is it that I’ve never even heard of Xiao Long Bao before and now all of a sudden, I keep reading it in different sites featuring different Chinese restos for the past month? @_@
I guess restaurateurs suddenly realized how marketable it is in the Philippines? I can’t complain. I love a good Xiao Long Bao. <3
