Introducing Kitchen Cow v. 3

Does it feel weird being here? In a place that’s familiar yet strangely different? If you can’t put your finger on it, it’s the layout. After four years of using the same layout (I migrated to wordpress in 2007), I finally refreshed it with a new one that looks the same with a few improvements. Oh, and a handful of lovely revolving mastheads that I am so proud of—I hope it meets your approval.

Kitchen Cow 2007-2011

Kitchen Cow v.2 – May 2007 to September 2011

While it seems like a spiffy-fied version of the old layout, it’s tidied up in the back with shiny widgets and toys, making it easier for me to update and fix things. This way, I’ll have more time to focus on actual blog posts instead of puttering about, spending twice to thrice the amount of time fixing things an idiot shouldn’t be doing. Or more often than not, procrastinating because it feels so daunting. *guilty look* Oh, much loves goes out to Kyam and Nina who were so generous with their help and ideas, patiently answering all my questions during the whole revamp.

Is it working properly on your end? There are still some parts I’m tweaking, but mostly, this is it! If you have any suggestions and ideas (other than hire a professional because I can’t afford one), let me know. I want to know what you guys think. :)
