      Hi James! I haven’t had the chance to really write up a recipe, but I’ll try my best:

      - Heat oil. Scramble 1 egg. Remove from heat.
      - Heat a little more oil. Saute minced garlic. Add cooked rice. Leftovers / cold rice is preferred since it separates easier. Season with salt.
      - Beat 1 egg, then pour over rice. Mix well.
      - Add mix-ins of your choice: crab meat, chopped cooked chicken, chopped chorizo, the egg scrambled earlier, peas, corn and carrots, thinly sliced green beans, chopped spring onions — it’s your choice really.
      - Mix and cook until rice is heated through.
